Appy Geek - Android App
Did you visit Android market's front page everyday?
If the answers of the previous 2 questions are Yes, I think you should already know this app.
Appy Geek is an android app that let you to download and sync the latest technical news from the internet to your android.
Although there are already many apps can do so, but Appy Geek did one thing, which is, a super awesome UI!
The UI of Appy Geek is very beautiful, the animation is great, and when you move around the screen with your finger, the animation is so smooth that you don't need to wait and see any lags when interacting with your phone.
Also, the app provide a lot of pre-defined channels, which let user to read the latest news published by most popular news sources.
One of the disadvantages is, which affecting me very much, is that it don't support offline reading. I don't have an unlimited 3G plan, and I stick with WIFI. But in some places without a hotspot, I can't read any news from Appy Geek, because it doesn't support offline reading, and no caches.
However, if you are a technical person and want to stick with the latest technical news with a proper unlimited plan, Appy Geek is very suitable for you!
