How bullies use psychological profiling and social acceptance to target their victims.

People are social creatures they want to be validated by their peers in some sort of way; this could be a marriage proposal or career advancement. When you are in love with someone and they returned though romantic feelings, you feel complete. When you have career advancement, you may feel validation in your career path. People need validation from other people, whether we like to admit it or not. Some people are more susceptible to this, which is why peer pressure exists today. There are people out there who can seek out and targeted the people who have not gotten social recognition. Some of these unrecognized people are so thirsty for social recognition that they will listen to just about anybody who tells them how to get it. Bullies are still social misfit and instead of doing self-improvement, such as enhancing education to improve their social status; bullies will often find someone eager to fit in or they will find someone they can physically dominate to do their grunt work for them. Bullies seem to have a deep understanding of psychological profiling, because they seem to understand whom to target. The individuals who have this natural psychological profiling ability are great manipulators, because they know what to say to push your buttons to get you to react and do exactly what they want you to do.
