Could the Haiti Earthquake Be A Warning Sign of What is to Come in 2012?
Could the devastating Earthquake in Haiti and other large earthquakes recently be warning signs of the 2012 Mayan prophecy? What other disasters are we in store for over the next few years.....
Haiti Earthquake Starts the Countdown.
Are we heading for doomsday soon? I never really believed in all of that 2012 hype but the recent rise in the number of earthquakes are definitely a sign that the Earth is getting unstable and restless. So far in 2010 we have had 4 major earthquakes registering at least 6.9 on the Richter Scale and there is no sign that this will not continue happening. Incredibly there has also been 57 other earthquakes with magnitudes of 6.0 occuring this year. So where will the next one occur? Let's take a look at what earthquakes have struck so far in 2010:
Haiti -- January 12. Measuring 7.0 on richter scale. An estimated 230,000 people were killed.
Chile -- February 27. Measuring 8.8 on richter scale. An estimated 500 people were killed.
Mexico -- April 4. Baja California area. Measuring 7.2 on richter scale. Less than 10 people killed.
China -- April 14. Measuring 6.9 on richter scale. More than 400 people killed.
Unfortunately, there is no proven scientific way to predict where and when the next large earthquake will occur but if the trend stays on course we will have a large one in May. Since we have had 3 on the east side of the globe it seems likely that this will be where the next one occurs. The sort of spooky thing is I remember that the Web-Bot program actually predicts a large earthquake in southern California in May 2010.
So are these earthquakes in 2010 signs that we are heading to the end times in 2012 or just normal processes that the Earth goes through from time to time. Whatever the reason, it is inevitable that we will see more earthquakes this year but if these start combining with volcanoes, tidal waves and asteroids then we are in for horrible times. Possibly, the end of everything. Only time will tell but I am starting to reconsider my opinion on 2012, are you?
