here might be many kids having talent in sports but not been recognized because of being in rural area. Steps have to be taken to hunt these talents and bring them to the main stream. These youngsters may be dealing with so many problems in life so that it becomes impossible for them to turn on to sports leaving out everything behind. Getting into serious sports does need dedication and also time to spend on sports field which will not be easy for youngsters from rural area because of their poor financial conditions and also the place where they live in as there may not be enough facilities for all these things. Concerned authorities should not all these while hunting fro talents all around the country.

Politics In Sports

Urban people have all the facilities and money power to get into sports. This doesn't mean that people from urban area do lack in talents. There are enough talents in urban area's also, but there is also something called political influence which does interfere in sports to bring in their candidate. This should stop for once and real support should go only for the talented people all around the country. Politics should be kept out of these and only talent have to be counted while taking the interest on the nation. Sometimes the media will interfere here in a good way by highlighting about those unrecognized talents in rural area's and in such cases, authorities do get involved to some extent in training those lucky one's. Here part of media is also very appreciable as they were doing a very good job in shaping someone's career

In rural area's, there may be talents but no politics and also no entry into sports big streams. As there is no one to recognize or guide them all the way as no one really cares. This attitude of authorities should is bad and change for once. If there is real interest in finding talented sports persons in a country, then talent hunt should go on to rural area's also. Once they find the talent there, they should be properly treated giving them enough facility and train them well. This will serve the nation to the best of their interest. People also should raise their voice regarding this such that event he government will also take note of this. Positive outcome will arise in such cases for sure
