For those of you with the answers 'Yes' for the questions above, you should already gained benefits from it. Dropbox is a very convenient tool, especially for those who are using it between your home personal computer and computer in workplace.
Dropbox allow user to sync files between computers. So if you create a file in your home computer, it will be automatically sync and you can find your file at your computer in workplace when you turn on the computer next day.
Now, Dropbox has extent its potentials, which is, you are not only using it to sync file between computers, but also your mobile!
However, since smartphones normally have less storage, even you have input an sd card. Therefore, the operation of dropbox is a bit different than the one in computer platform. Using the mobile version of Dropbox, it will not auto sycn/download your files to your phone, but show you your latest file list instead. User can than select the file you want to get and download.

good article about using drop box which facilitates to keep always in touch with our documents etc.
