EURO 2004.There form in FIFA WORLD CUP has been equally disappointing with poor results in last 4 decades.

England have never won the EUROPEAN CROWN and this time too they are looking quite underprepared and out of form.Till recently they did not even had a coach .They had a torrid time qualifying for the EURO CUP. They looked quite vulnerable against weak opposition and will surely face quite a challenge against opposition such as France and host Ukraine.

England is placed in Group D alongside former winners France,host Ukraine and Sweden and will surely fancy their chances of reaching the group stages with ease.New manager Roy Hodgson has just taken over the squadand will surely face problems in adjusting to the conditions.
The squad picked is lacking in many departments. Roy Hodgson will deploy the 4-2-3-1 formation.Joe Hart will play between the sticks.
