With talk of a possible return to WEST HAM, YOSSI BENAYOUN is now rumoured to be a target for Scottish giants CELTIC.

STOKE CITY apparently about to bid for MICHAEL KIGHTLY of WOLVES and OLSSON of BLACKBURN.

A very highly unlikely whisper is that SUNDERLAND are about to sign both ANDY CARROLL & STEWART DOWNING from LIVERPOOL for £25m!
Now, the world is aware that Brendan Rodgers wants to offload Carroll, with WEST HAM having tabled an offer of between £17-18m, but I find it very doubtful that Stewart Downing would be on his way out of Anfield as he fits quite nicely into Rogers style of play.

Should LUKA MODRIC leave TOTTENHAM, one murmur has it that AVB may bid £13m plus add ons for MAN UTDs TOM CLEVERLEY. Perhaps a swap plus cash deal there ?!

After multiple noises of KENWYNNE JONES heading to WEST HAM, a new name in the frame is READING with STOKE apparently ready to accept a relatively low sum of £2-3m for the lofty centre forward. Could be some creedence in this as the Hammers look adamant about landing Andy Carroll, making Jones a completely unnecessary addition.
