Paper recycling is the process of turning waste paper into new paper products.
Use recycled paper.
Paper recycling is the process to process waste paper into a new paper so it can be used again. Paper recycling takes less energy comparetively to produce new paper. Paper recycling reduces waste in communities. Recycling process cause less pollution to the environment, and stop deforestation.
Recycle process :
First stage is to collect paper from the bins. Adding hot water and applying mechanical action, so that the fibers are separated and then a screening test is conducted to remove all residues that are larger then the fiber size. Centrifugal cleaning and the foam flotation is started when the pulp becomes bigger and brighter. kneading or dispersion process is used to remove small unwanted particles from pulp. Beaching, by peroxide is done to remove the color from pulp.
