Originally, GGV was intended for 13 episodes but was later extended and reached 39. The show is now considered the "Trending Capital of the Philippines" as during Sundays (or even in the next few days), GGV-related topics trend in the Philippines and sometimes even worldwide. During the season-ender episode, the show trended worldwide after the opening number, reaching as high as #4. Topics like Sarah G, Kim Chui, Iza Calzado (guests on the 39th episode), Vice Pogi and Superbass Dance Craze all trended in the last episode of season 1.
