How and where one can store the work and important data they are working on their computer. Storing and saving the information is very important and one must learn it how it is.

Store separately your articles and blog

I just want to know my friends, especially those who write the articles and blogs for different sites, that are you checking or care of the following:-
(1). Spelling checks before posting your blogs.
(2). Your sentences that you writes does not contain any filthy language or anything that may hurt someone.
(3). What you write is really readable and understandable.
(4). Whether Title toy have given to your article or blog is attractive or not. This is because most of the people visit those articles or blogs which has attractive Title.
(4). Whether you have given the right tag to your article base on what you have written.
(5). After submitting your blog or article is published on that particular site or not.
(6). I am sure you must be saving your articles and blogs on your Computer. But to be on the sager side it is better to save all the articles and blogs on External disc or pen drive. This is because if there is any breakdown to your computer then you don’t have to worry about your articles and blogs that whether it may damaged.
I know you may be thinking why you have to save the articles or blogs you have written, as it will be easily available in the sites in which your articles or blogs being published. But from where you will get your articles or blogs, if that particular site is closed down forever? And if you want to refer your auricles offline then you can do so. I am sure you will agree with me in this regards.
