Since the invention of the Rupee Symbol, there had been a controversy on when can it be seen in the desktop or laptop keyboards. The discussion flooded over the minds of people, who will be the first to introduce it technically. But now finally the wait is over. The TVS Gold Bharat keyboard, by TVS Electronics, is the first to bring it out on the occassion of Independence Day. The keyboard costs around Rs. 1495.
Second, is the Indian mobile brand Lava B5 mobile phone, the first ever mobile phone to introduce the symbol. The phone costs around Rs. 4400.
