The 50th Anniversary of the movie To Kill a Mocking Bird was celebrated on 5th April this year. President Obama had invited the celebrities connected with the film including the late Gregory Peck's wife to the White House and arranged a special screening of the film.

Since the video is of immense importance to this piece, I have posted the same again. The video shows the President's speech, celebrities who attended the function and discussion of school children about the film. The actress who played the role of Scot, the narrator in the book, merits special attention.
