Young junkies attack in broad daylight

An alarming phaenomena has become a major issue on the streets of Constanta, one of Romania`s biggest cities. Young drug-addicts have become dangerous villains, who attack in broad daylight women, children- persons, who are vulnerable.
Sometimes, people are so frightened, that they don`t take any action when witnessing suchlike scenes. Although “ dream-shops” had been closed one by one, this does not mean, that the phaenomena of ethnobotanics disappeared.
On the contrary, their use takes the same amount of victims amongst young people, and thus even innocent citizen have to suffer.
Lately in their despair to make some money, these young junkies attack in broad daylight. The number of infractions committed by dependents of various drugs is increasing, police warns us.
Each week, on the streets of Constanta, at least one person falls victim to such a delinquent. The targets are mostly women over 60, or children, returning from schools, who are robbed of their mobile phones, or other items, that are worth something. Once caught, these evildoers admit cheerfully to their deeds.
These things happen not only in Romania. A recent study shows, that the number of drug-addicts is increasing throughout Europe.
