Weather "U" Lesson 2

Lesson 2: Types of Mid Clouds.
Altostratus is a mid level cloud and usually found around
8-10,000ft as a rough guide line.

Altocumulus is found in the mid levels of the atmosphere it has
very uniform conditions throughout the sky.

The mid clouds are very few as you can see. The most important thing about mid clouds are that they can change your temps during the day and night. As during the day they can keep the temps cooler as less sunlight can enter the earth. And at night they can keep the temps warmer.

3. Which cloud was associated with bad a dreary weather?
