How Do People Vote

Here we are about to vote again, maybe this time people will read what has happened and realize they voted wrong last election.
As individual we could not handle our personal finances the way the president has handled our countries finances. Simply we need a president that knows finances and how to run a big business.

Promised but not delivered

That question has been ask many times in past election times and especially in this presidential election where there is so much at stake, the people have so much to lose if the wrong person gets elected like in the last election.
He promised us change, and things did change for the worst, the way it looks it will be a long time getting back to where we were before he got elected. There were many indicators I told people to look for, but I don’t think anyone did, or they ignored their common sense and reason. Why would you vote for person with no experience? Would you take your car in to be fixed by a mechanic with no grease under his fingernails?
Will the voting public still vote for him after all his failures, the unparallel spending that has made our national debt increase by three trillion dollars? I certainly hope they don’t. The Question is why did they vote for him in the first place?

They were promised many things, none of which were delivered. Except change, but it was the wrong kind of change, not what the people wanted at all. The facts were there for them to see but , I honestly don’t think they bothered to read , that would have taken some effort, instead they jumped on the band wagon and voted for the new guy.

People hope against hope everywhere but are always short-changed. I wonder whether times have changed to such an extent whether even a Lincoln can make much of a difference. We have too many checks and balances in the way of democratic process. The only way seems to be to enable the President to carry out the policies without much hitch - the basic premise on which he was elected. That will help the democratic process to endure. Now much cynicism has set in - siva

Yes we can get out of this and it is not by any leader, really, it is by the people. Who do you think have been keeping us afloat for the last 5 years. Obama had 2 years to do as he please and yet, he still blames the other side of the aisle and the sad thing is, they believe him. The repubs only have the majority in the house. No Mr. Obama, this is 'all' yours. Nice read. Thank you for sharing.:)
