It Looks Like Bubblews's Time At The Top Is Over

After two years of creating a massive buzz and creating a fantastic second income for thousands of it's members, it sadly looks like bubblews has reached the end of the road.

The rapid rise of Bubblews

Writing site bubblews launched just over two years ago and immediately made waves in the online writing community due to it's high level of compensation and high traffic volumes. This remained bubblews strong point until around six months ago when sadly things started to deteriorate.

From the start bubblews pulled in a lot of very good online writers, several of which were making several hundred dollars a week just by sharing information and life stories via the site. This high revenue steam opportunity brought in a regular stream of new and exciting members, meaning that bubblews grew at a phenomenal pace. Before long bubblews became the power house of online writing houses and was the main posting place for thousands of member including myself.

Times were very good on bubblews, even a sporadic poster such as myself was making regular redemptions of life changing money, but sadly the good times were not to last.

The beginning of the end

Things started to go sour for bubblews back in the summer of 2014, when the site came out of it's beta platform and launched the full site. This got a lot of media attention in the USA and as a result the membership exploded.

This membership explosion was just to much for bubblews to handle and the additional members coming to make a quick buck soon caused a lot of problems. All of a sudden there was a huge rise in plagiarised work and spamming of other members posts, people were stealing articles from other members on bubblews, which was just horrible.

The bubblews admin team set about cleaning up the site but sadly the level of the problem appears to have been for big and bubblews fell rapidly down the search engine rankings resulting in a massive drop in traffic and income.

Revenue fall and long wait for redemptions

All these new problems caused by the membership explosion in the summer soon started to put a serious strain on clearing redemption requests, which saw payment times rise from three days right up to the current sixty day waiting period. This was then followed recently by an announcement that all outstanding redemption requested before the start of November 2014 were not going to be honoured.

As you can imagine the made a lot of loyal writers very angry and upset, as they had worked very hard to earn the money owing to them. One friend of mine was informed that a redemption of $210+ was just being written off.

The knock on effect of this has been a massive decline in activity on bubblews and members jumping ship as fast as they can. For me this is a massive shame as bubblews was good to me, I made some great friends there and the extra income got me out of several sticky situations.

For me I will always have fond memories of bubblews, but my time there has now come to an end and I am no in the process of moving several of my 2,000+ bubblews articles across to wikinut.

All things in life have a life cycle, sadly bubblers's was not that long but it was fun while it lasted and now it is time to move on to pastures new. I harbour no hard feelings towards bubblews or any of their staff, in fact I am very sad for what has happened to them as it means that what looked like a great career for several people has started to disappear. Who knows maybe bubblews will rise from the ashes, on that we will just have to wait and see.

I was always curious how Bubblews could only reward writers way above all others. Happy that many made hay when the sun shone or the sun is just hiding behind the clouds for now! siva

Since September 2014 Bubblews has lost 100,000 unique visitors per month so it is not a surprise that there has been a revenue fall for the site, one associated thing I have also seen it that there are fewer people on the site submitting poorly written junk, that have hundreds of likes, I would not give up on Bubblews, but then I have never focused on it.

You mean that Bubbles is bound to fall with a thud....oooops!
What will happen to the people who have invested a lot to that site,it's so unfortunate.

The kind of things I wrote on Bubblews are not the sort of things I would write here, it's a completely different kind of writing for a completely different audience.

Harries: Bubblews could last longer if it did not cheat. The trouble is they have cheated too many people. Would u continue to write if the assholes cheated u in the past?
