A Cincinnati Man admitted to online soliciting.. a few details on the story, and his sentencing date.

Man Admitted in March and April..

Kevin M. Richmond, 30, from Cincinnati admitted that in March and April of this year he had chats with someone he had believed to be a 14 year old child. He admitted to soliciting her online for sex! He started exchaging online messages, and text messages with an undercover Boone County Detective.
Richmond assumed he was going to have sex with the supposed 14 year old and take pictures of the encounter. He even stopped to buy a digital camera on his way from Cincinnati to Florence Kentucky.

His plead and sentence

Mr. Richmond, pleaded guilty to the crime of online enticement. Online enticement is a federal offensive. Mr. Richmond's sentence is a minimum of 10 years in prison, and a maximum of life. Richmond's sentencing will be on October 1st 2010.
