Recently, there has been a raid on gibson guitars for illegal wood in Nashville Tennessee.
Raid on Gibson Guitars
Gibson Guitar factories in Nashville Tennessee have been raided of pallets of wood and guitars. Although the government says otherwise, the CEO of Gibson Guitar company states that the wood was bought from a certified supplier. The FBI states that they are using illegally imported wood.
The questions in which are being asked are: “How is the wood being able to pass customs and get into the USA?” Also, “Why is the wood illegal?” These questions are being asked but the answers are being avoided.
