SCTEX Tipo to Tarlac Not Passable

I saw this photo on Twitter posted by MMDA, a part of the Tipo to Tarlac SCTEX road collapsed and is not passable at this time. Due to non-stop rain structural roads are starting which flood water sips and soften that causes this part of the road to collapsed.

Typhoon Maring and Moonsoon rains combined for several days now greatly affects the major parts of the Philippines and are now flooded. Flood waters coming from everywhere damaged properties and familes are affected.

Here in Olongapo some areas are still flooded although for now rains just stopped. Hope everyone is safe and better stay home and avoid going out if not needed.

As of today rain fall is a little less than a couple of days ago, there are still areas in the Central Luzon area which is still submerged in flood waters and mostly localities and government agencies declared areas under state of calamity. Food and water is badly needed at this point, donations of goods are being accepted. There are also reporetd casualties and some were injured and missing persons as well. I hope today's weather would be clearer unlike previous days.

How are you guys in your place? I wish everyone is safe and dry.
