On Wednesday, September 23, a local Beverly Hills resident spotted a woman trying to the scale the 8-foot-high walls at the Beverly Hills residence inhabited by Saudi Prince Jawad Abdulaziz Bin Majed Al Saud, 28. The LAPD responded to the call regarding the disturbance and upon arrival at the multi-million dollar compound (estimated value of $37 million) located at the 2500 block of Wallingford Drive, Beverly Glen, they began an immediate investigation. It was reported investigators interviewed the Saudi, Prince Jawad Abdulaziz Bin Majed Al Saud and as many as 20 other individuals that were in the house at the time of the incident.

Upon verifying the Prince was not eligible for diplomatic immunity, the police placed him under arrest. According to the complaint, Prince Jawad Abdulaziz Bin Majed Al Saud tried to force a residential employee to perform oral copulation upon his command. When the woman refused she was physically attacked, accounting for the blood reported on the victim.

More victims involved

On Friday September 25, three other female employees came in and filed civil lawsuits against him for physical abuse and sexual assault.

Residents in the area told the police and press that the house was not owned by the suspect. In fact, the address has a history of being made available as a short to long-term rental property by foreign nationals and dignitaries.
