As the years move on, the global economy is faltering and struggling. Globalization, unsteady markets and various other reasons are adding pressure in the struggle to decide the course of the future of the economy. What are the five factors that decide destiny of the World Economy?

Although there are various factors, the following five factors decide the destiny of the World Economy

Five deciding factors

According to The New York Times, the five factors that are going to reshape and decide the future world economy are:

1) The global population which is growing steadily. As per the present trend, the growth of world population is expected to exceed 8 billion by 2030.

2) Scarcity of resources. Due to the rapidly growing emerging-market middle class will strain the world’s food, water and energy resources.

3) The impact of the global climate which is changing worse and creating more problems. The increase in weather fluctuation will definitely affect the social and economical conditions of the global world.

The destiny of survival

4) The growth in the aging population is another threat to the economy. It is increasing population in countries, especially developing countries, posing a great challenge for the economic growth and for the national fiscal stability.

5) In spite of all the efforts, the job market is still unsteady on a global level. The number of unemployed people is steadily on the increase which will be a great obstacle and threat to global growth.

It is another sad fact that the world is growing more selfish and commercial. Let us wait and see what the New Year is going to bring.

We also need more social harmony and solutions that benefit more people rather than a handful. And we do have people who do have solutions in their minds.

It's said no two economists agree on any subject. Your article. although very informative, has a streak of pessimism.
I wish you A HAPPY NEW YEAR.
